This involves conducting feasibility studies, developing strategic roadmaps, identifying suitable IoT and data platforms, and ensuring projects align with smart city principles like connectivity, sustainability, and citizen engagement.
- Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for smart city initiatives
- Develop comprehensive smart city strategies and master plans
- Research and evaluate emerging smart city technologies and solutions

- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders
