About This Role
Markets and sells or leases residential and commercial properties in Sri Lanka. Works for real estate companies or independently. Sri Lanka has no mandatory licensing system for agents yet — IPRA (Institute of Property Appraisers) advocates for regulation. Commission-based earning model (1–2% of sale price typical).
