- Measure quantities from construction drawings for BOQ preparation or variation orders
- Assist in preparing interim payment certificates for subcontractors
- Maintain variation order register — track client-instructed changes and their cost impact
- Collect material delivery records and match against invoices for cost reconciliation
- Assist in preparing site measurement sheets for work completed by contractors
- Update cost reports and budget spreadsheets with actual expenditure figures
