About This Role

A Day in the Life
You support project managers by tracking timelines, coordinating team activities, managing documentation, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule across one or more concurrent projects.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and task trackers in PM tools
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, status meetings, and team check-ins
- Track action items and follow up with team members on pending deliverables
- Prepare project status reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Coordinate resource scheduling and room/equipment bookings
- Update risk registers and issue logs
- Manage project documentation, version control, and filing
- Assist in onboarding new project team members and vendors
Work Environment
