A Day in the Life
Develop new food and beverage products or tourism experiences from concept to commercial launch — combining market research, formulation or experience design, and cross-functional coordination.
- Research market trends and consumer insights to identify product development opportunities
- Design and develop new products (food/beverage formulations or tourism experience concepts)
- Conduct trials, taste panels, or experience testing with target consumer groups
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and regulatory teams for product launch readiness
- Develop product specifications, costing models, and launch documentation
- Manage product development timelines and milestone tracking
- Monitor post-launch performance and implement iterative improvements
- Support innovation pipeline planning with management team
Work Environment
Product development laboratory, test kitchen, or experience design studio. Creative and research-intensive role applicable across food manufacturing and tourism product development contexts.
Typical hours: 45h/week · WLB score 8/10 · OCCASIONAL overtime
