- Inspect incoming cut flowers and foliage for quality, damage, and pest/disease symptoms
- Manage cold storage facilities to maintain optimal temperature and humidity for different varieties

- Supervise the packaging process, ensuring proper hydration, protective wrapping, and labeling for export
- Conduct quality checks on packed consignments before dispatch
