Tracks and analyzes paid ad campaigns (PPC) to optimize ROI and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
A Day in the Life
A Performance Marketing Analyst spends their day deep-diving into data from paid ad campaigns, identifying trends, optimizing bids, and refining targeting to ensure maximum ROI. They'll be constantly testing new strategies and reporting on performance.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance data from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaign bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to improve key metrics like CTR, CVR, and CPA.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to identify best-performing elements.
- Generate performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.
- Research competitor strategies and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop new ad creatives.
- Monitor customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) to ensure profitability.
- Manage and troubleshoot tracking pixels and analytics integrations.
