About This Role

A Day in the Life
You are the operational hub of a department or business unit — tracking workflows, coordinating between teams, monitoring schedules, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring daily operations run on time and to target.
- Monitor daily operational dashboards and KPIs against targets
- Coordinate workflow between departments — production, logistics, sales, and finance
- Track purchase orders, shipments, and vendor deliveries; resolve delays
- Maintain operational records, reports, and performance trackers in ERP or Excel
- Communicate status updates to managers and stakeholders
- Identify and escalate bottlenecks or process breakdowns
- Assist in scheduling staff, equipment, and resources for daily operations
- Support preparation of monthly operational reports and presentations
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and logistics partners
- Maintain SOPs and process documentation for key operational workflows
Work Environment
Office-based coordination role in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, healthcare, or service organisations. Requires constant communication with multiple teams and external parties. A nerve-centre role — always needs to know the status of everything. High visibility in the organisation.
Typical hours: 48h/week · WLB score 6/10 · OCCASIONAL overtime
