A Day in the Life
Manage hotel laundry and linen operations — overseeing washing, drying, pressing, and distribution of all hotel linen, guest laundry, and uniform services.
- Supervise laundry production team across all shifts
- Manage processing of daily hotel linen (sheets, towels, tablecloths, uniforms)
- Operate and maintain industrial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, ironing machines)
- Process guest valet laundry and dry cleaning requests to promised delivery times
- Control chemical consumption and laundry cost per piece
- Manage linen par stock and coordinate with housekeeping on inventory
- Maintain laundry equipment through preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure health and safety compliance in laundry environment (heat, chemicals)
