A Day in the Life

Provide general support in a hotel or restaurant kitchen — assisting with preparation tasks, cleaning, and basic duties to help the kitchen team operate efficiently.

Peel, wash, and cut vegetables and fruits under cook direction
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations
Wash up dishes and pots during and after service
Transport food items from storage to preparation areas
