- Prepare mise en place (stocks, sauces, vegetables, proteins)
- Execute simple dishes assigned by Chef de Partie
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and hygiene
- Learn and practice culinary techniques under senior chef supervision
- Assist with plating during service periods
- Attend kitchen briefings and recipe demonstrations
- Stock up workstation before service begins
- Properly store all food items under HACCP guidelines
