A Day in the Life
IT Support Technicians provide L2 technical support — resolving complex user issues, configuring systems, managing user accounts, and handling escalations from first-line support.
- Handle escalated tickets from L1 support
- Troubleshoot complex OS and application issues
- Configure VPNs and network connections for users
- Manage Active Directory and M365 user accounts
- Install and configure business applications
- Perform on-site support visits where needed
- Document solutions for knowledge base
Work Environment
L2 support team in corporate IT. Mix of remote and in-person support. More complex issues than L1.
