A Day in the Life
ICT Support Technicians provide first and second line technical support — resolving user issues with computers, software, and networks in schools, government offices, or small organisations.
- Handle helpdesk calls and tickets
- Troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues
- Configure network connections for users
- Install and update software
- Set up email accounts and user profiles
- Maintain IT inventory records
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
