A Day in the Life
ICT Project Officers coordinate technology projects — tracking deliverables, managing stakeholders, scheduling activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate project schedules and resource allocation
- Track project milestones and report progress
- Organise project meetings and document minutes
- Liaise between ICT teams and business stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and files
- Assist with procurement and vendor coordination
- Monitor project budgets and flag risks
Work Environment
Government or corporate IT PMO (Project Management Office). Structured project environment with formal reporting.
