About This Role
Designs and integrates HR software systems to ensure data flows accurately for analytics purposes.
A Day in the Life
Design and maintain the enterprise HR information systems architecture, integrate HRIS with payroll and business systems, and drive HR digital transformation.
- Architect and configure HRIS platforms
- Integrate HRIS with payroll and ERP systems
- Lead HR technology evaluation and selection projects
- Manage HR data governance and quality
- Train HR teams on new system capabilities
- Oversee HRIS vendor relationships
- Design HR analytics and reporting solutions
- Lead HRIS upgrade and migration projects
Work Environment
Specialist role bridging HR and IT. Works closely with CHRO and HR teams. High accountability for HR system reliability.
