A Day in the Life
Manage the day-to-day operational efficiency of all hotel departments — ensuring service standards, cost controls, and guest satisfaction targets are consistently met across rooms, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Conduct morning operations meeting with all department supervisors
- Review housekeeping room readiness and check-out/check-in coordination
- Monitor front desk performance metrics and guest wait times
- Inspect public areas, restaurants, and arriving rooms for quality compliance
- Review daily cost variance reports and take corrective action
- Handle guest complaints escalated from front office
- Coordinate with maintenance on room defects and preventive maintenance
- Prepare weekly operations performance report for GM review
Work Environment
