A Day in the Life
Manage all food and beverage services within a hotel property — coordinating across all dining outlets, bar operations, room service, and banqueting to ensure quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily F&B operations across all hotel outlets
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, and labor cost against hotel F&B budget
- Lead service team meetings and pre-shift briefings for all outlets
- Oversee banquet setup, event execution, and post-event reconciliation
- Liaise with Executive Chef on quality, menus, and food cost management
- Review and act on guest feedback and online reviews for F&B
- Manage F&B procurement orders and supplier invoice approvals
- Prepare weekly F&B performance report for hotel GM
