A Day in the Life

Advise businesses on market entry strategies, trade regulations, FTA (Free Trade Agreement) benefits, and export development in international markets. Work with the EDB (Export Development Board), BOI, and international chambers of commerce.

  • Research international market opportunities for Sri Lankan exporters
  • Advise on FTA benefits under ISFTA (India-Sri Lanka), PSFTA (Pakistan-Sri Lanka), and EU GSP+
  • Help businesses navigate import/export regulations of target markets
  • Prepare market entry reports and trade strategy documents
  • Coordinate with EDB for export promotion support and funding
  • Advise on WTO compliance and anti-dumping procedures
  • Support businesses in trade mission preparation and international buyer connections
