A Day in the Life

Operate a SLBFE-licensed foreign employment agency in Sri Lanka, recruiting and placing Sri Lankan workers in overseas jobs in Middle East, South Korea, Japan, and other destination countries.

  • Receive and verify job orders from licensed overseas employers and foreign agents
  • Recruit and screen Sri Lankan candidates matching overseas employer requirements
