A Food Quality Assurance (QA) Manager ensures that all food manufacturing processes comply with strict safety, hygiene, and industry quality standards. They oversee quality control, implement systems, conduct audits, and manage a team to maintain product integrity.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Food Safety Management Systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
  • Oversee quality control procedures at various stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Manage and train a team of QA/QC inspectors and technicians.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
