A Day in the Life

Operate specialized food production equipment with technical expertise — performing machine setup, troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and quality monitoring on automated food production lines.

Set up and calibrate production machinery for new product runs (filling, packing, processing)
Monitor automated production equipment performance and adjust parameters
Perform Tier 1 machine troubleshooting and minor maintenance
Coordinate with maintenance engineering for preventive maintenance schedules
Monitor and record CCP (Critical Control Points) during production
Conduct changeovers between product SKUs efficiently
Test and calibrate in-line quality monitoring instruments
Document machine settings, deviations, and maintenance in technical logs
