A Day in the Life
Operate specialized food production equipment with technical expertise — performing machine setup, troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and quality monitoring on automated food production lines.
- Set up and calibrate production machinery for new product runs (filling, packing, processing)
- Monitor automated production equipment performance and adjust parameters
- Perform Tier 1 machine troubleshooting and minor maintenance
- Coordinate with maintenance engineering for preventive maintenance schedules
- Monitor and record CCP (Critical Control Points) during production
- Conduct changeovers between product SKUs efficiently
- Test and calibrate in-line quality monitoring instruments
- Document machine settings, deviations, and maintenance in technical logs
