A Day in the Life

Manage day-to-day food production operations — overseeing production plans, team performance, quality standards, cost targets, and regulatory compliance in a food manufacturing facility.

  • Review daily production plan and align team to output targets
  • Monitor production line performance and address bottlenecks in real time
  • Ensure GMP and HACCP compliance during production shifts
  • Manage materials consumption — raw material, packaging, and waste control
  • Review and sign off on quality records, CCP (Critical Control Point) logs
  • Lead shift teams and address performance and discipline issues
  • Coordinate with QA, supply chain, and maintenance teams
  • Report production KPIs to operations director and implement corrective actions

Food production floor and office in manufacturing facility. Hybrid of floor-based management and administrative reporting. Responsible for delivering production targets while maintaining food safety standards.
