A Day in the Life

Lead production operations across an FMCG manufacturing facility — managing production planning, team performance, OEE targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

  • Plan and schedule daily/weekly production runs against sales orders and inventory targets
  • Lead production team meetings and daily output review
  • Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and implement improvements
  • Manage production costs (materials, labor, energy) against budget
  • Coordinate with R&D, QA, procurement, and supply chain teams
  • Ensure GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 food safety compliance on production floor
  • Investigate and resolve production quality deviations and non-conformances
  • Lead continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean) projects to increase production efficiency

Work Environment

FMCG factory production floor and management office. Combines hands-on floor management with planning and reporting. Responsible for large production teams (50–200+ people) across multiple shifts.
