A Day in the Life

Research and develop new food and beverage products — formulating recipes, conducting trials, managing sensory evaluation, and bringing new FMCG products from concept to commercial launch.

  • Conduct bench-scale recipe formulation and ingredient trials for new product concepts
  • Develop and optimize product formulations to meet sensory, nutritional, and cost targets
  • Manage pilot plant scale-up trials from bench to factory production
  • Conduct or coordinate sensory evaluation panels with internal and consumer testers
  • Research new ingredients, flavors, and packaging innovations
  • Prepare product development documentation (formulation sheets, spec sheets, BOMs)
  • Work with regulatory team on SLS standards compliance and food labeling requirements
  • Collaborate with marketing on product concept validation and positioning
