  • Lead and manage the quality control team in a seafood processing facility.
  • Oversee and conduct advanced chemical and biological analyses of seafood products.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) including HACCP and ISO standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformances.
  • Ensure strict adherence to national (SLSI) and international food safety regulations (e.g., EU, FDA).
  • Train and mentor quality assurance staff on best practices and new methodologies.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and export teams to ensure quality throughout the supply chain.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory bodies on quality performance.
