About This Role

Designing and managing digital banking and mobile payment products.

A Day in the Life

Drive product strategy and development for financial technology products in Sri Lanka — including mobile banking, payment systems, digital lending, and blockchain-based solutions. Bridge the gap between technology and financial services.

Define product requirements for fintech features (mobile payments, digital loans, KYC)
Work with engineering teams on product development sprints (Agile/Scrum)
Analyze user behavior data and payment transaction metrics
Coordinate regulatory approvals from CBSL for new fintech products
Conduct user research and A/B testing for product features
Monitor competitor fintech offerings (LankaQR, frimi, eZCash, Dialog Genie)
Present product roadmap to stakeholders and senior management
