A Day in the Life
Field Service Robotics Technicians install, maintain, and repair robotic systems in industrial and commercial settings — troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software faults to keep automation equipment operational.
- Install and commission industrial robots at client sites
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on robotic systems
- Update robot firmware and software configurations
- Train client staff on robot operation and safety
- Document maintenance records and service reports
- Collaborate with engineers on robot performance improvements
Work Environment
Industrial factory floors, warehouses, and commercial facilities. Hands-on technical work with travel to client sites. Physical and technically demanding.
