A Day in the Life
An Environmental Technician spends their day conducting field sampling, performing laboratory tests on environmental samples, and maintaining equipment. They meticulously record data and assist in preparing reports to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Collect water, soil, and air samples from various sites for analysis
- Perform routine laboratory tests on environmental samples (e.g., pH, turbidity, dissolved oxygen)
- Calibrate and maintain field and laboratory equipment
- Record and organize environmental data accurately
- Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation

Work Environment
