A Development Officer (Govt) focuses on coordinating community development and social welfare programs at the grassroots level. This involves extensive field work, community engagement, needs assessment, and facilitating access to government services.

  • Conduct needs assessments in communities to identify social and economic challenges
  • Plan and implement community development projects (e.g., livelihood, infrastructure)
  • Liaise with community leaders, NGOs, and government agencies
  • Facilitate access to social welfare schemes and government assistance programs
