A Business Process Analyst in BPO spends their day mapping current processes, identifying inefficiencies, designing optimized workflows, and documenting changes for clients. They act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on streamlining operations.

  • Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand existing business processes.
  • Map current 'as-is' processes using flowcharts and process documentation tools.
