A Day in the Life

- Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to all relevant hotel departments
- Confirm final numbers, dietary requirements, and special requests with clients
- Coordinate room setup details with banquet housekeeping and decor teams
- Liaise with kitchen on food timing, menu confirmations, and special requests
- Manage client walk-throughs and setup inspections pre-event
- Support banquet manager during events with logistics coordination
- Process event billing and handle post-event administrative tasks
- Maintain banquet calendar and availability schedules for sales team
