A Day in the Life

Provides frontline administrative support — handling reception, filing, scheduling, data entry, and general office duties to help departments operate efficiently.

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage reception duties
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems

  • Type, format, and proofread documents and correspondence
