About This Path

The CIPM Sri Lanka pathway is the most accessible route to a senior HR career in Sri Lanka — it can be started after O/L and leads all the way to Chartered status (MCIPM). Many HR professionals in top Sri Lankan companies hold CIPM over an MBA. The part-time study model means you earn while you learn.
